That Seth William Baker is suspicious as all hell. I was in the army, not the marines, but if I'm not mistaken, the next rank up from lance corporal is corporal, right? That's an NCO rank. (I don't think "specialist" is a thing in the marines.) So if you were due to get promoted to NCO the next month, you had some retainability. (Though I suppose it's possible, I doubt the Marines are much different than the army in that regard.) Therefore, you couldn't "join the police academy," because you were in the active duty military. You can't be both a soldier and a cop in a civilian police department at the same time, that's not a thing... And what he says about "freedom in America?" Yeah, that shit doesn't apply when you're in the active duty military. When you're in the active duty military, you're government property, and you aren't allowed to disobey a medical order. Everybody who's ever served a day knows that. Oh, and, by the way, nobody carries their basic training photo around with them. I lost mine more than 20 years ago. So, my point is, that guy has FRAUD written all over him.

I lived in Russia for 20 years before, and I also happened to be there at the end of Covid times (late '21) The first guy is ridiculous. Russia also mandated Sputnik V, their natively developed (and allegedly much worse) vaccine to be administered to everyone, it wasn’t only about the military, it also had a huge impact on civilian workforce. If you refused to take it, you could be fired easily-my friend had to go through it. They got no choice. USMC kicking him out still resolved the matter in a civil way. In Russia, you’d probably be beaten and/or prisoned. What’s more bizarre, this guy wanted to be a police officer. That’s the same guy, who ran away to Russia. What moral principles did he have, since a cop has to have a very clear ideals on his mind? USMC gotta pick their marines better.
