@@VagueCastle649 Lore wise Sasha is actually not very heavy compared to some of the weapons other classes carry. A level 3 sentry is 900 pounds (almost 3 times heavier than Sasha!!) and the black box weighs a gargantuan 500 kilograms, holding the record for the absolute heaviest weapon in the entire game. Considering Soldier and Engineer can move faster than Heavy while holding significantly heavier weapons, I'd say Heavy definitely can run faster if he really wanted to, even despite all the weight he has to carry

How did you made the spy have the animation for backstabbing and the demoman die exactly when the spy hits him? Did you use record to make your characters? or did you just use a non playable character?

I recorded myself decloaking and running up to the demoman. Then I adjusted the timing, and added in the backstab animation within the take. The demoman was the same thing, I had a recording of him running and just put in his death animation in the take.
