Her claws might be longer though judging by the video of a black-footed kitten born in a zoo. There is a legend that they can kill a giraffe by jumping up and puncturing the neck artery, but it's probably just a legend. Still, I read they'd make bad pets: they are more difficult to tame than even other wild cats, aren't sociable, are nocturnal, eat a lot, and very hard to keep in captivity because of their unique climate requirements and health issues. Most die of kidney failure in captivity.
