I use neither site but I have seen them from other people's phones. Or them talking about it. I also saw a guide being uploaded for new youtubers starting here. They tell you to copy paste a MrBeast video and dub over it in Bengali. When you get the views you can either delete the videos to start fresh on a new topic or keep up the MrBeast slop for an easy play button. Man, I hate it when pepole make bad quality videos, get hundereds of thousands or even millions of views with only 2 minutes of effort (watching the video, and uploading it). It just makes me mad that there are pepole who produce great videos and don't even get close to reaching 100,000 views. I had to experience this tens of times in my almost 3 year YT carier, puting more than 10-20 hours atleast into my videos (animations) getting less than 1k views many times, and later going onto the homepage seeing videos with absurd amount of views with no effort. I also noticed that 99% of kid youtubers make simular things like what you mentioned in this video. I hope youtube will do something to stop content stealing, but I belive that the green screen kids don't break the terms and sevices of the platform. By the way, good video, and i will share it with some other small creators!
