Traditional hearing aids usually have two microphones. Our microphone and receiver in the ear (M&RIE) design integrates a third microphone that sits in the ear canal and works along with the traditional hearing aid microphones to collect sound in the way the nature intended. M&RIE is only one of the features supporting the GN organic hearing philosophy.
