In danish hartshorn is literally caller 'deer antler salt'. And is often used in Christmas cookies as it makes them extra crispy.

I'd never seem this quizshow thing. It's kinda brilliant! You could elaborate a lot more. Like inviting patreons to be there, participate as a team, have actual prizes to the winners like participation on the next show of the youtuber as a narrator or something. We still use heartshorn for some baking recipes here in Scandinavia. Yes the smell is not great, but the result is nice and fluffy and crumbly.

Great video, but the animation at 4:13 is inaccurate. The sun should be at one of the foci of the ellipse, not at the centre.

Unless it is something very major, the only thing that matters in an animation is to give an example of the topic you are talking about. I mean the sun is also not yellow but white and the dimensions are wrong and I could go on and on but it doesn't matter because it showed me exactly what it was intended to

I still use hartshorn when baking cookies. In Sweden we call the ingredient Hjorthornssalt, translates to deer antler salt, and use it for the cookies called dreams. Opening the oven is like a face punch with ammonia.
