I saw some good replica uniforms, only a few. But mostly we see mock up costumes. A good tailor can make a good job of the postwar German uniforms, just like he said. But no reenactor or living history group would settle for them. Extras in a war film might make use of them in distance shots.

@MI6 Not like out and about. If you were wearing one in a youtube video to do with the Second World War, the SJWs would freak out. Pewdiepie wore a uniform wich is called on Amazon "Dad's Army WW2 uniform" and people called him a Nazi. They said he dressed up as a Nazi. Whatever uniform you wear for Historical reasons, they will call you a Nazi

That's not a gestapo uniform. It's a Waffen SS Germania regiment uniform.

Great stuff - but with one big problem: the size of the average person today is off the scale compared even to the 1970s - let alone any earlier. All the British WW2 battledress found packed away in Greece recently - had 36 inch chest as the largest.
