Dude Scott you literally have the exact same cars I want when I get into my own house with my lady hahahaa. I have my C5. I want a C7. And I’ve always wanted a Hummer since I was a kid and I just talked to my lady about it like 2 months ago how me and her should get a hummer when we can afford it. Well, this purchase is sure one helluva a Humm Dinger for sure!😉 You did good Scott! Just a couple of questions. Do you have enough head clearance? It didn't look like much in the video. Can you get a tailgate mount for the spare tire? Or better yet, a roof rack mount? What is the towing capacity for it? Comments: The engine bay looks great, just attend to painting the alternator and it's bracket. Probably in a satin black. I love the white color and the wheels! I wouldn't mod it per say, but, if it was mine, I'd have to strongly consider a dual snorkel install. This vehicle is a perfect candidate for such an install. Summary: Definitely include Hummer content in your future uploads. That's it for now. Enjoy this ride and keep Humm'n! Save the Wave🙋🏼‍♂️ P.S. You know, I'd keep in touch with the previous owner. You never know what he'll decide to sell next.

Thanks PC! I never saw this one coming. But when the wifey said, “how about a Hummer” I jumped on it. Lol. Yes, you can get a mount for the tailgate and/or roof rack. My preference is roof rack; however, getting the massive spare tire up and down would be quite the workout. I’m considering minor mods, but nothing too extensive as this thing is in such great shape. I’d like to try and preserve it for as long as possible.

Well, when the wife "suggests" something, anything, you better "jump!"😉 Yes, storing the spare on the roof would be my choice. I hear you about getting it up there and then off if/when needed. Plus, you'd probably have to carry a ladder with you to do it. Is there another alternative, like a donut, but not a donut? Just something that would allow you to limp home or to the next town to get it repaired. Even if it's ugly, I'm sure you could have a cover made for it, maybe even with the Five12 Garage logo on it. I totally agree about keeping it's originality, but . . . . to the uninitiated, a snorkel setup would look factory and you can make it/them functional as well. You'd be keeping it true to it's original Hummer roots from back in the day before they became available to the public. As always, Save the Wave and NOW, Happy Hummering!
