Directional speakers are ONLY used to run broadcast in protection rackets and have no gain limits so they have high fidelity for miles. Oceanside PD has been running protection rackets since 2014 and Oceanside PD Internal Affairs was swatting the victims instead of hanging back and investigating Oceanside PD. Oceanside PD let the Black Jihadist STALK me for nine years (five years from his home computer, microphone and cellphone when I lived out of State) when he was supposed to be providing law enforcement in Oceanside before he was fired in 9/2023 to stalk me remotely for over another year. The city pays the police department employees to enforce laws, but they don’t care enough about the public to take crime reports. Unless someone is found dead, they just cannot be bothered to take a crime report. Oceanside PD is only engaged in PR to cover up for their crimes. The City of Oceanside hasn’t had a functioning police department since 2012. I could NOT even go to my house on Zabyn St from 8/2018 to 7/2020 for 23 months because several of Oceanside PD plotted to kill me to take it and the City of Oceanside and Oceanside PD pretended they didn’t know their employees plotted to kill me to take my house. Nothing happened to them. Black Jihadist keeps broadcasting he is going to take little boys to jail and he isn’t employed and refuses to accept he cannot kidnap people. The Black Jihadist is a one person menace to whites, but in Oceanside there were bigger predators.
