Oklahoma capsized in pearl harbor and trapped hundreds of sailors inside the hull of the ship. It took a couple of hours in tell they finally were able to cut through the but it was to late for most of the sailors. I’m from oklahoma so gotta know the history of my ship

Oklahoma had a mascot Wallaby named Okey, who hated being on board and ended up in a zoo. Powered the city of Tacoma for 24 hours. First US standard battleship to be laid down, though completion was delayed due to a fire. First US battleship someone was born on during that time she evacuated people during the Spanish civil war. At one point had torpedoes, submerged 2 at the bow and room for 2 more stern. 3 ramming incidents, hit a tug line minimal damage, almost ran into Enterprise got out with a bent flagpole, and bonked Arizona which unfortunately meant Arizona was present for pearl. Ate ~10 torpedoes which resulted in Maryland being mostly unscathed. She apparently went down easier due to portholes and doors being open due to the heat, refloating crew had to go down and close them all someone died during the project. There is a neat photo floating around of her right next to Wisconsin during this time.

there were people who were looking into the oaklahoma and why out of all the other battleships there the oaklahoma is the only ship to have rolled belly up to which they found out that a Japanese mini sub snuck into the harbor and got the shot which made it roll over

I got her (PC version) from some event long time ago... One salvo a stationary Ryujo at he start of the match, the game had only reach exactly 3 minute when those shells land with 4 citadel hits... satisfying indeed.

Both the Nevada Class ships have interesting histories. Interesting fact, the USS Missouri is moored at the location Oklahoma went down at pearl Harbour. No one knows where she went down under tow to the breakers though, hope they find her.

Man I’m bummed out. I was just playing with my friend (who is very good at this game btw) and I told him that I watch Spartan videos a lot. He said he unsubscribed because he was in a match with him on his team but Spartan kept being super toxic and calling him trash. He also said that Spartan barely had any base XP by the end of the match and that my friend was in the top 2 on the leaderboard. I know this guy very well and have no reason to not believe him. Plus I’ve heard Spartan say in a couple of his videos that he will stop talking bad about other players because some people had complained. Assuming my friend is speaking the truth, it sucks knowing that he is that toxic. But even with that being said, I still really like the videos and learned a lot so I won’t unsubscribe or stop watching them

I love my Arkansas. Gets me over 100k all the time and the secondaries will chew up destroyer's ballzy enough to try and charge it. One taps cruiser's back to port as well 😂😂😂😂🤫

I have N. Mex, Texas, Nevada, N York, and my personal favourite, the Arizona. But the one American dreadnought that I hate is the Wyoming. Easily my least favourite ship in the whole game. The guns that so long to turn, and when you do get to fire the 12 inch shell don’t do crap. Just my opinion, thank you for your amazing videos

Think Nevada would of been better as the research ship, as Oklahoma was sadly lost while in tow where Nevada received a refit in 42" an got dual 5unch secoundarys. Having both sister ships the same is no point.

They basically had 7, but ... not so effective due to: Fuel shortages Lack of Radar Getting 3 of them torpedoed in harbor in 1940, etc, etc Giulio Cesare Caio Duilio Conte de Cavour Andrea Doria Those 4 were all rebuilt in the 20s and 30s to be like Giulio in the game Vittorio Venito Littorio Roma These 3 were all like Roma in game. There was a 4th, Impero, but she wasn't finished when Italy surrendered.

It’s one of the three early access American BB’s. You have a chance to find them in the current reward chests for the campaign or American chests purchased in the store.

Nevada is the early access tech tree tier 4...Oklahoma is the final reward for the Star Spangled Fleet Bureau project...not sure the point of this ship, since it seems basically to be a duplicate Nevada...

Is anyone else only overpenning cruisers in ur battleship. Ever since this update I haven’t hit one citidel on a cruisers broadside. ???????? Starting to seriously piss me off. They will misplay and come up 5km away and I’ll do 3k damage every salvo and get farmed by he when they’re just sitting broadside and not getting punished. Doesn’t matter if they’re 17km away either. Nothing but overpens for me
