Wow! She’s so amazing and the staff there seem amazing as well. This will definitely be on my bucket list next time I fly out to New York! What she said about when eating/cooking mexican food you can never be too serious actually hit home for me. I come from a Mexican family and never once have I seen anyone cook their authentic Mexican dishes with measuring cups, etc. but somehow it comes out perfect. Every. Single. Time. It’s seen as ‘soul’ food since they’re not cooking to just have a meal, they’re cooking to have a meaningful and flavorful meal. Congrats to Daniela, keep on proving stereotypes wrong! Reach for the stars!!!!

@@grandtorro Al parecer no leiste o no sabes que ella trabajo en Pujol, restaurante localizado en Mexico donde conocio a Enrique Olvera, actual socio que le permitio abrir Cosmos. Ella misma lo dice que esta agradecia con el. Mexico le dio su cosina, su amor por ella, le dio la oportunidad de conocer al que ahora es su socio en varios projectos en EEUU y sobre todo le dio identidad como chef! Asi que Mexico le a dado mucho y es un orgullo para todos como Mexicanos! Saludos!
