Back in 2010, my partner met this guy at the hotel he worked at, that was telling him how he was fighting the Canadian government for the rights to his own name so he could get out from under this system. All the hoops he had to jump through in order to make this happen was endless, but he was absolutely determined to figure out how to get free from it all. Another guy I knew was fighting for his own right to refuse to be a part of the health care system and actually had to fight for years in order to decline to be a part of the slavery he was born into. It really it a intricately designed system of enslavement and it’s about time people knew more about it. Thank you for sharing this, and I applaud you both for speaking up. 👏

In the USA one can opt out of the system as well. Just have to know the details when going to court. I have looked it up before and it was readily available. Did not seem that bad. I heard of this from a friend who knew someone and it worked. It is our God given birthright to be free. This is why they assign a social security number. By accepting this, we are deeming ourselves incompetent to take care of ourselves medically, and financially. That is on an individual basis. For the collective they, dictate exactly WHAT all children are to learn in everything. Including behaviors, dressing in society, how to act what to say and think. The medical board determines what is acceptable, what treatments should be allowed and most natural medicines deem holistic are degraded and not authorized. It is all a complete indoctrination of the human mind to accept their reality. Just simply don't comply and get together with others and start your own society complete with sustainability and most of all, with an open heart filled with compassion, respect and love for all life. The force is always with us because it too is free and we are apart of Creator

I broke free in 2016. Right now there are “TWO” of you. You have to become “ONE”. The social Security number does not belong to you… and worse than that, the SSN identifies a US citizen.

I haven't checked out the resources section in the description box yet, (maybe i can research my question that way) but I have wondered about someone who has a child- maybe even say, a newborn. Does that child have to wait until they are of a certain age, or can the parent claim beneficiary etc for their just birthed child? (Once they are issued a birth certificate etc) can they help their child detach, before they even start being leached off of, so to speak? (I don't have kids or anything, but this has interested me, when I first heard of this) Anyone have any idea how something like that would go? Thank you for this. I remember reading some years ago about "strawman" theory and it struck me then about how much sense it made. The commerce language of the "sea." It's astounding when you start to recognize the words and how they are relate to all things water: vessels, banks, currency...to name a few. Maritime Law. "Mare" from the Latin for Sea, of course. I didn't seriously pursue it then because of all the potential pitfalls without a concise comprehension of language origins. The phonetics are equally as important to see. Greek, Latin, French, Old English...all very useful. It doesn't end with banking either. Just to add: I find it very interesting he says "know your f*cking self." 🤓 That word is the acronym for F(or) U(n) C(arnal) K(nowledge); Carnal from the old French for flesh, or early 15c.; that of "worldly, sinful, not spiritual." It's all there, hiding in plain sight just waiting for us to have the eyes to see.

If you are in the US look for the American State National Assembly in your state. You can correct your status as a man or woman of the land. Remove yourself from the corporation that you were unwittingly tricked into joining.

Paranoia, for now, till I know more, especially in a Blue state!!! It seems to me, that for older people (not me), it might be too late, because they have already paid in Tons of money for Social Security, their private business or put in much time for a federal pension. For younger people, this might be an option. People that have not been in the workforce too long. Also, how would one get a passport, under sovereignty? Edit-- All businesses in the USA are required, by Federal law, to deduct social security From their employees paycheck, unless employees are subcontracted or paid in cash, which is rare for a company with more than 2 employees. The self-employed are required (by law) to pay their own social security, quarterly, or they are penalized by the IRS. Is this relevant? Idk

Watch videos of Officer Ben. He has two channels Columbus police body camera and the Thoughts of a patrol officer. He and his colleagues have very healthy and calm approaches to people and homeless people and addicts trying to help them or to get rehab ....He also got many false calls, and he follows his instinct because sometimes the caller can be wrong and see something that doesn't exist. He also says people think If we are behind the cars we are trying to stop them or whatever, so drivers slow down. He says usually he doesn't have reason to stop anybody but just to get from point A to B. That he doesn't usually write tickets, but only in some situations when they search some drugs, to give some evidence about it to the judge. What if the court finds someone innocent, he has no problem with it, because it's what it should be. He also tried to help some addicts to get into rehab, and some of them became his friends. He also saved many people from domestic violence. If all your departments of the US in your country would have such smart officers.

Having your baby in hospital is fine and dandy, but you won't get out without signing a birth certificate, you had baby on their property and a doctor under the rulings. Pretty difficult to live in this world without one, not impossible, getting more difficult as we bank electronically. Humans used to have babies without doctors and without birth certificates. We need to train up on things that are for bettering the human condition. Learning to build our own homes together, and other needs and how to meet without the system. How can you exactly tell the business to take out of the estate if you are not a business yourself. Why would you be able to do so if you don't belong in a business court of law as a human? FYI the late Jordan Maxwell and Santos Bonacci have spoke about this years ago.

Enzo Farias I first heard about this from another you tuber called Santos Bonacci he’s Australian and wow this guy has so much information on his channel I think his Channel is called Astrotheology he has fought the system in Australia which this tried to make him look bad. I first heard about this on the first web, and it blew my mind. I haven't seen a single successful execution of this in a legal setting. I asked an attorney and he didn't know what I was talking about, and said it was bs. Even if it is totally true, if everyone just ignores the truth and says Fiction...then what? Judges won't even let you speak if you try to explain this stuff. Endless youtube vids will show the 'sovereign citizen just traveling' getting yanked out of their car and arrested for not having a tag or license. Where are the accounts held? Where are they traded? If it is on a computer it can be tracked and accessed. What does filing a form get you? Two cards and a checkbook? When you file the form, is there any response at all? I truly do want concrete answers, and for this to be somehow true so it gives a method to what looks like madness.

i dont care if others want to be debt slaves, the problem is now you cannot survive with the basics (food, shelter, clothing, utilities) without taking out loans. if you dont have good credit, you cant rent or buy. especially for the working class regular folks. Dont forget about mentally ill, sick or handicapped who arent diagnosed or in the system. what are they supposed to do? maybe they dont have the capacity or accuity to manage financial obligations like taking out loans. it doesnt mean they dont deserve to live, they are some of the hardest working people. framers, trash men, concrete layers, waitstaff, housecleaners etc. in other words, whether you dont want to play their game or you cant play their game, either way you are screwed. It needs to change.

If you have a mortgage..go to your bank and ask them for the original contract, because they have sold it… this makes it void… if they do have the original, which I highly doubt, ask them where the bank’s signature is, on the contract… takes two signatures to make a lawful contract, you can now take them to court and win…….

I am very glad that you can speak for your people in the western world and help wake them up. However, I was born in China and the Chinese government is even less concerned with corporation or legal structures as they don't even hide the dominance and high control. They are gaining more power over time and I don't see how they can be changed at all. The only way out I can see is for everyone capable of being used in China to escape from that system to a point where the CCP is starved to death by its supply.

We need to break the presumption that we are statutory beings, by correcting our status. Don’t follow gurus, study the system (It is based on banking law, trust law and law merchant) and work out how you ended up in servitude & reverse engineer the situation. This is what I did: In admiralty and equity we must show we have the highest claim. That makes us the entitlement holder (highest creditor). Entitlement holder is the key. But how do we do that? I first got my mother (grantor of original estate) to sign a POA. Then consider that the birth certificate is a security entitlement, it is like a coat check ticket or a warehouse receipt to be redeemed by the holder. We must reclaim our securities (estate) A certificate is a "paper establishing an ownership claim." -Barron's Dictionary of Banking Terms. Birth and marriage certificates are a form of securities called "warehouse receipts”. Black's Law Dictionary, 7th ed. defines: warehouse receipt."...A warehouse receipt, which is considered a document of title, may be a negotiable instrument and is often used for financing with inventory as security." Your legal name (juridical person) is there for you to use, you cannot navigate modern life nor operate in commerce without it. What you can do is take control of it, otherwise the state will administer it for you, they will claim tendency on your farm (estate). They maintain that they are entitled to the produce (labour, energy), or usufruct from your farm if it’s abandoned. So to be very clear the Birth Certificate by definition is a negotiable instrument, it is evidence of a securities entitlement. You are the holder in due course. Reaching the age of majority presents one with the newly acquired competence & responsibility to manage one’s own affairs (estate). If you fail to claim the estate they will administer the trust for you at a cost. Contrary to popular opinion, ownership is not control. In the “legal” system, ownership is defined as a pledge to act as surety for the debts incurred by the property. The owner always pays. It’s important to form a private trust, because the trust is recognised by the system, and man is not. The living cannot interface with system of commerce, that’s why they created the incorporated legal person, it’s your player piece. My trust controls the person through a commercial security agreement. This is a lien registered via a financing statement on the PPSR. The new trust is the secured party creditor, or lienor over the certificated name. I have used the rules of the system against them, a jiu jitsu move. Now I, the man, sit behind the curtain of a private trust, pulling the levers of control to the legal person. Like the wizard of Oz. This all happened because there is no longer any money. It’s the story of coming off the gold standard in 1933, the yellow brick road is the gold standard, & the straw man plays his role as new surety. It's the infamous discussion Mandel House had with Woodrow Wilson. My legal person indorsed his birth certificate ‘accepted for value, returned for value’ to the minister of finance. I appointed mof as my securities intermediary and expressed that an uneven exchange had occurred and I did not abandon my securities along with the statement “I am the only one with authority to administer the Estate, I am here to administrate the Estate so all claims, bills, taxes, etc; are settled in full accord and satisfaction by the Respondent. The assignment of a securities intermediary is fair & equitable considering there has been an uneven exchange: No return of equity/value to the Principal. This arrangement is a way for both parties to avoid controversy and remain in honour and at peace.” He was advised that the birth certificate (debtor trust), evidences, not my identity, but my interest in Private Trust Security, deposited with the Registrar General, custodian (the Public Trust), and provided evidence for interest in The Beneficiary Trust. The minister now has a fiduciary duty to follow instructions given by the principal and protect the interests of the trust first and foremost. So I have turned the tables back on them, they are now forever the trustee for the debtor. I have requested he correct the master record and lodge my set-off bond. He has been advised to establish an account so any/all Bills, Taxes, Claims, Public Liabilities, and the like, drawn on or levied against the legal person that are accepted and Indorsed by the Principal, shall be set-off in full Accord and Satisfaction by the Respondent acting as Securities Intermediary. Respondent shall adjust, to a zero balance, any and all liability for any/all Bills, Taxes, Claims and the like, drawn on or ledgered/recorded against John Henry Doe.
