U guys should do dat for sure am from kunta kinteh compound in juffureh am d 10 generation of kunta kinteh
@jciutube72410 ай бұрын
First off, The Gambian Government should pay reparations to the Kinteh Family for profiting from the sale of their son into slavery. I do not believe that Black Americans (FBA-ADOS) should ever come back and claim the Gambia as their home. The Native Africans are only interested in the money. Their government would need a total replacement that would be geared toward unification versus traditional tribal values. Also, I am noticing not much has changed in Juffureh since Kunta’s capture. Although the history is rich, thanks to the Late Alex Haley who traced his Ancestry back 7 generations in 1973, here it is 10 generations later and nothing has changed in that small village.

Ok now I just want to say, roots was a fictional story. Yes it was impactful to us but it was not a real story Alex Hailey admit this to us after queen came out. This is why his books are labeled fictional. Come on people the truth will do.

but, there are actual photos of "CHICKEN" GEORGE (Kunta's grandson) down through to Alex Haley . ( the only reason Kunta + his daughter Kaisa/Kizzi weren't photographed is because photography had not been invented yet) . and also Kunta + Kaisa/Kizzi were the only ones of his family tree who died before slavery had ended .
