So proud of you for following your heart. Going from small town, never being on a plane; to flying across the world for the one you love is amazing. It shows the Godly man you are, the man you mom & dad have raised. Knowing life has thrown some hard balls your way a time or two but you have always kept stepping back up to the plate and have now hit this one out of the park. Proud of you from PCounty

26 years ago I flew across the US to be with the man I married. He passed away 6 years ago but I am still here in the same place. I remember the flights and the butterflies and excitement that day and evening to finally meet him. He was standing there with two white roses and a red rose. At his funeral I said, “ the first time I ever laid eyes on you, you was holding two white roses and a red rose. Today, the last time I see you, I give you two white roses and a red rose”. I pray and hope your love grows and brings you two together as it did me and my husband.

This made me smile all the way through, what a heartfelt experience, including your first flight ever; many years ago I met my husband on a flight to Atlanta from Kentucky, a continuous journey that started from London UK. I'm English and my husband is American. So, we ended up having a long distance relationship from that meeting on a very small plane. It took us a couple of years before we could finally unite for good. They say long distance relationships never work - I say love conquers all and I wish you both so much happiness and good times ahead. At your age life is an adventure and exciting- enjoy it to the full while you can!

Didn't meet up til 2008, 5 plus yrs later, than every time we see one another it was between 6-15 months or so. When you love someone you'll do anything to be with them even if you never flew etc. My wife & I been together for 15yrs or so, married for 5-7yrs. Life is about taking risks, following your heart/intuition after determining what you want to do & going for it. It's a sign of growth being willing to take a leap of faith. Dude, this video gives me so much hope, I’m at the 3 year mark of a long distance relationship because the lockdowns had kept us apart initially, and now this economy, and the only difference is that my family has not supported me in this, and has criticized my long-suffering faith that everything will finally work out because they have never dealt with it themselves. In 2024, I’m planning on this being my moment, and I’m about to take a remote job as well as investing time in my KZbin channel in hopes that all of our dreams can come true. My ambition for money is literally only so that I can finally be happy with the girl I love, and nothing else. We’ve talked every single day for all this time, and have never lost hope despite tears and so much pain when we don’t know how long it would take. Thank you for sharing this, I have faith that anything we can dream of can become true.

Aww this is awesome idk why but these long distance videos just popped up on my feed today and i keep getting recommended more, i think the fact that I've done long distance before in a similar circumstances makes me understand the emotions that these two probably had excitement anxiousness little bit of fear and the anticipation of wanting to see each other. I feel like the time spent away from your loved ones always seem worth it once you get to be around them and spend them doing the things you always said you wanted to do. Long distance is really hard and I'm glad it worked out for these two especially since they seem really cute together and you can tell how much they care about each other even by the little glimpse of their meeting. I feel like videos like these make me wonder how many people have these types of relationships these days because everyone online is connected nowadays with all the apps we use to meet each other on

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We do really love each other. It blows my mind as well that we met online. I would of never thought my life would be the way it is today. I am very grateful and feel very blessed. Online connectivity has definitely changed the game!

This is sweet ❤ I flew to the southern US from Canada to meet my boyfriend (now husband) of 1 year at the end of 2020 for the first time, unfortunately we’re still long distance due to the visa process but it’s always worth it for the right person. Hope you two are still doing well

So sorry to hear about the struggling visa process. It will just make it all feel so much more special once you are finally locked together!!

I live in Europe and my girlfriend of nearly 1,5 years now lives in Russia, and it has been very hard for us to get to see each other in person because of visas and just time in general. It's been especially hard for us after the war. I really hope that we can meet each other soon, maybe we will go somehwere we can both get visa easily, but these are rough times, especially for her. Everyday we're not physically together feels like an eternity for me, when I'm in bed it's like i expect her to be next to me, but she's not physically there This is hard

I 100% understand how you feel. No matter what, keep moving forward and enjoy the moments you have now. We were apart for nearly 3 years, talking every single day, unable to get to each other because of covid travel restrictions. 1.5 years is a long time, just keep fighting for each other. Trust me when I say it is so worth it. If you know, you know! Don’t forget to enjoy the time you have together now too!

i met my boyfriend online right before COVID and waited a year before I went to see him. i was in CA and he was in FL and i went to visit him and ended up never leaving. my entire life i had a crippling fear of planes so it was my first time flying but id do it all over again

@justwo6 ай бұрын
We are very much so together! :) It’s crazy, even when they are in front of you, it’s hard to put it into realization. Make sure you try and spend a lot of time calling each other just before. Don’t be super busy leading up to the day. Make sure you enjoy it. I worked long hours up to the day of the flight and didn’t have a moment to really enjoy it like i would have liked to of. To sit in my thoughts and spend time letting it set in that i was about to see her after years of waiting. The longer you are apart, you kind of have to take a moment and really dwell on things. I think it’s because you learn to make yourself numb to the pain of being apart. Anyways, we are happy for you! Watch our new video❤️

I flew to NZ as well to meet my long distance partner. We first ever met after 1.5 years of dating in my country, Australia. Then after Christmas 2022 I got to travel for the first time ever and visited his country. I had to get my first passport, buy plane tickets for the first time. It was so scary but exciting. Its a blessing that we are neighbouring countries, I cant imagine the expense and effort to took to travel from USA to NZ! Long distance is amazing hey.
