My brother and I had Santa come to our house in 1957. Dad and Mom were doing well during that season in their lives. I miss them I turned 75 this Dec. 5th. That was a wonderful Christmas. I love your young family. Merry Christmas

I have 4 girls, and when they were little they used to call them "clicking shoes" .. they loved to hear them make the click-click-click noise on the wood floor. Seeing Story Belle look so excited in her very own sparkling pair of clicking shoes sure brought back such wonderful memories of my girls when they were young. All 7 of my kids are grown, but now we have the grandbabies that we continue on those heartfelt traditions with. So true! One of my granddaughters was at that same mall today, $50 to sit on Santa’s lap. She’s 4 and she forgot to ask Santa for a bike for Christmas so she was excited to get to sit with him.

Sitting on Santa’s lap, telling him what we wanted, and what our friends wanted, then having our picture taken was all free. My son is 29 now, but when he was a kid, it was free then, in the late 90s and the early aughts.

I took my kids to Bass Pro Santa 🎅🧑‍🎄, who has always been free, and you get to take all the pictures you want. Cabela's has also started with the free Santa 🎅 🧑‍🎄
