Tips: To get iron to have to hit the rocks on your island with an axe or a shovel and things like stones, iron, clay and even money come out. Selling your things to Timmy in the tent with tom nook is a much easier way of getting rid of junk you dont need. You cant cut down trees with the flimsy axe but once you upgrade it to a tougher one you can so be careful when swinging it around. Happy Playing!😊

To add something on to hitting the rocks: Dig a hole behind you and another one next to it. These holes will stop you from bouncing back and you'll get the full 8/9 drops from the rock

a few tips (i know most of these things from previous games and trailers): • if you see sparkles coming from the ground it means you can burry bells in that same spot and grow a money tree! • there's different fish and bugs depending on time and seasons • you can find more fossils the day after a rainy day • you can use an axe or a shovel to break rocks •only stronk axes can shop a tree •you can go up the layers with some sort of ladder tool and at some point you can build ramps and bridges with a construction permit

"i feel like he's southern" ...i can't imagine a tanuki sounding like an american from louisiana, but hey, it's your corn hole. also, no, cherries aren't rare, all the fruits have an equal chance of appearing... most people have peaches probably cause they restarted their game until they got them, cause peaches look like butts. my title on my passport is "omnivorous eventuality"... it's to keep my animal neighbors on their toes and keep them from annoying me... or they'll be my dinner. by the way, you CAN chop down trees, ethan... just not with a flimsy axe, it has to be an actual sharp axe. oh, and in order to get iron ore, just hit rocks... with an axe or a shovel, it doesn't matter... you can whack them several times to get stones, clay, and ore.

Some tips for you Ethan: You can use your right arrow key to switch between your tools. When you collect more Nook Miles, you can buy a tool ring and expand your inventory. Collect your Nook Miles from your phone. You can place your fish and insects down to save inventory space while you're waiting for the museum to be built. Also just for decoration! You should buy a slingshot from Timmy. You use it to catch presents flying by! You can craft that tire into a little seat. Sell stuff for Timmy for bells and more space. You can plant those apples once you get a shovel. Please like this so he can see!

Two pro tips that I can remember rn: Have your net out when you shake trees. This is so that if a wasp nest falls, you can immediately net the wasps anddd The shiny thing in the ground is a bag of Bells! You can either add it to your pocket, or rebury it to make a money tree, which lets you get more bells once it’s fully grown.

More stuff I just remembered: your native fruit doesn’t sell for as much, so when you get exotic fruit, plant those. If you go to other islands, make sure to eat some fruit so you can shovel up an entire tree and replant it on your island. This will also break stones so be careful!

That hat is so cute. My tip: when you find a rock you can hit it with an axe or shovel, you will get different items depending on which you use. It is easiest to dig holes all around you when you are in front of the rock so that you don't get knocked back when hitting said rock. This can also increase the number of items that you recieve from the rock. Hit the y button to bury holes! Hope this was helpful!

TIPS FOR ETHAN: 1) If you have a shovel you can hit rocks to get iron , Bells, or rocks. 2) when on the beach look for the little holes that squirt water to dig up. 3) when in Timmy's shop click the ZR button to scroll to the next page. 4) you can shake trees by pressing A , I have noticed some threes give you up to 5 twigs (just keep shaking I usually shake 10 times max) 5) Nook Miles are very useful you can buy new hairstyles, DIY Recipes for tools from Timmy's shop above 6) If you click ZL you can open your phone and look at the 2nd app (the nook mile app) and that is how you redeem them 7) A tree can only be chopped down with a upgraded axe which is just called "axe" it will cut it down on the 3rd chop I think that is about all for now. Here’s a few nice beginner tips, Ethan! You can immediately pull up items like your fishing rod by pressing the arrows/d-pad on your controllers before you get the tool ring/wheel. Your axe can chip minerals off of big stones, and one big stone spits out money! Whenever the time is ==:=4 (any hour, any ten minutes, at four, like 8:14 or 12:04), a balloon will drift past carrying a present. You can shoot them down with a slingshot and get furniture! Your villagers will sometimes give you nice tasks, like finding a fish or delivering a gift to another villager, which can give you nice presents. If you press Y in front of a hole, you fill it up so there.. isn’t a hole. It’s not much, but it always helps to know. ^-^
