The way Barret decided to go down in the mine to check on the robed guys, BCUS he saw how troubled Tifa was by the situation. They really did great things with his character in this game. He really shines thru the first half or so of the game. (i have not finished the game tho)

LMAO I totally missed what Aerith was referencing with "her Standard Course" when I played through this! I had to google how to get past the mines, and even then I was like what do you mean, there isn't anything climbable there! Sounds like they patched it so it's more obvious now, so I'm sure lots of other people had the same problem so it's not just you! As an aside, not sure if you were unaware or if it's intentional, but you've been skipping a lot of optional dialogue by choosing the bottom left option without checking out the other ones.

admittedly i skip the optional dialogue on purpose and only select them when i'm super interested my attention span isn't always the best, but that being said me doing all side quests is big for me!
