@Lenia N. Ldzn What world do you live in where you believe such non-sense? A "diverse" country simply means the natural owners of that place have been invaded and are losing territory to outsiders. In this example a group of Chinese have colonised a city block and made it their own. Just because you live in a propaganda bubble where you believe a lie doesn't change these basic facts. Foreigners taking territory is an invasion, and the media being controlled by said foreigners for the last 100 years tells you it's natural and a good thing. Because they're also invaders who are grabbing land while making you refuse to fight them because you're so brain washed. As they say. Diversity is getting rid of every last white person. And it's true.

Great Video and made me think on something which was how badass a Judge Dredd open world video game would be if done by Rocksteady or somebody else with a similar gritty and high quality development that was put into the Arkham Series Games.

The best thing about growing up with 2000AD comics, and Dredd especially, is there is little about the present that comes as a surprise.

I spotted something very similar to Nort symbolic when you were talking about Luna City (21:40), and that made me want an episode on Rogue Trooper comic universe. Please consider it, Luetin, vids are awesome.

That's because the flag pic is from Rogue Trooper, not Dredd. It's from the Colonel Kovert story which features a United Earth monument, and has the Nort/Souther logo combined. If you look for Rogue Trooper on youtube, I helped out with some effects for a Rogue Trooper live action short.
@everythingsgonnabealright88886 жыл бұрын
Thought so, about the flag, too similar. That's awesome, about live action video, I'll go look it up. I became familiar with the universe through the Rogue Trooper game, one of my favorite TPS games. Such style and interesting lore.

I have never read Judge Dredd comics but I have read some of the short stories and watched some movies. I have read a lot of synopsis of the world too. The very dystopian nature of the Judge Dredd world makes me curious because it's ridiculously plausible. Great work on this video. I enjoyed every minute of this presentation.

I grew up on a steady diet of 2000AD as a teenager in the 80's. They had such brilliant stories and artwork. Fun fact - at one time the Judges were using tranq gas on the unknowing population to keep them sedated and mellow . Someone found out about it, but I think they got a lobotomy for their birthday. Great vid mate. 👍

Just a note: Stallone doesn't twist his mouth like that on purpose. Due to complications during labor, misuse of a pair of forceps severed a nerve and paralyzed the lower left side of his face, including parts of his lip, tongue, and chin. So it isn't something he does deliberately.

I think Mad Max meeting a Judge would be a great movie concept. In this video they said the Mega city in Australia had the least amount of crime. If this is Judge Dredd cannon,they could say this had something to do with the last of the MFP officers outside of the Mega City enforcing in the wast lands. This could be a part of the story line, the Judges giving Max respect for to a point for being an MFP officer but Max not giving them the same, and a conflict could go on from there.

I think Mega Cities in the US sector is based on US cities, where crime is rampant. Compare that to other countries with less crime rates like those in Singapore, European cities, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, some others, maybe those US Mega Cities would learn from them to keep crime rates low and to make them prosperous. And of course..."because in Mega City, I am the law!"
@ARescueToaster6 жыл бұрын
Well, of course they are. Did you know that most countries with low crime rates have incredibly homogenized populations? Japan is like 92% Japanese, for instance. Also, America's population is around ~60% Caucasian, and the crime rates among Caucasians in America is nearly identical to that of European cities with low crime rates. I'll let you and others draw their own conclusions to this revelation.
