Watching you swim around the map at the beginning take me back to when I played this as a 10-year-old. Before or after the Sky jump, I still didn't know what to do, let alone what the game was about, so I just swam around for hours listening to the music. That alone was enough to entertain me. Good times.

I’ve never made it that far without giving up! But this is an iconic game. Thanks for posting!

2:42 is the part that scares me when I was a kid. I still remember it, sunday evening, mom is taking care of breakfast and dad was reading newspaper beside me who is playing slow and moving around just for fun (also I'm not native English speaker) and not knowing what the game is all about. Then when I accidentally doing the sky jump, the cutscene plays and I thrown my controlled on the floor while screaming. Mom was scared while dad's laughing like crazy. I never played the game ever again, and only watching my dad finishes it.

Okay, that is quite understandable!

To give credit where credit is due, this is fairly high quality for a western developer at the time. It even manages to hide that the music was made in G.E.M.S.

Good job on the very immersive music. Tranquil and relaxing not high tempo or hurried. Lends itself well to underwater exploration

The Sega CD soundtrack basically outclasses the Genesis music.

It's quite different, and both are great! FM synthesis fans will probably prefer the Mega Drive version.

It could be worse, it could be the GameBoy Advance version. You know that song that plays when you time travel, that 10 second loop that you only hear briefly twice. Imagine that for the entire game poorly digitized. I’m not joking
