Zorua star When at the two tile high parts(The gaps the size of Mega Man), spam jump, it makes you go faster than just running for your life. Also, save your time stopper for the second half of the Force Beams: When you need them most. Get the spare energy if you need to, and try to stay as close to the walls (Where the exit is) as possible. I, too have not beaten the Force Beams, but at least i know how to get past them. I even ragequtted the game when i hit Quick Man's Force Beams and died so many times.

Metal Blade is Extremely useful for this tactic (And the non-Force Beam parts) for it's rapid-fire, energy efficient, and can fire in 8 directions (i have never faced him so that's just what i think).
