Mega Man 2 - The Power Fighters: Story 3 perfect with Proto Man

No damage taken. Playing the "Recover the new parts" chapter, one has to face the following Robot Masters (not compulsory in that order): Guts Man (MM1), Pharaoh Man (MM4), Air Man (MM2), Quick Man (MM2), Gemini Man (MM3) and Napalm Man (MM5). Semi-final Boss is the Mech Dragon (MM2), and finally you fight the Wily Machine.

Protoman's uncharged shots are easily the largest, his beat shield is really useful and dash is just right, no gimmicks. I wish Capcom made more than 2 of these games.

sean lee Actually, the strategy not only depend on the mission but also when you fight them. For example, Pharaoh Man is really easy if you fight him first but he's a nightmare when you fight him last since it becomes much harder to attack him without blocking it with his own special attack.

(continued) Brave of you to save QuickMan for last, though. A couple of those Mecha Dragon flames were close, too. As far as E3 Wily goes, yeah... he's supposed to be weak to Air Shooter. But I find 3-4 well-placed Napalm Bombs tears him up much quicker than that. Nice going, though! This game is still tough to get through while taking no damage at all!

In fact, Guts Man was created as a civil engineer robot for construction and Bomb Man it's for demolitions, and dynamite it's common material to bring down buildings and rocks.

You know... I never really got why AirMan blows you away from him (during the first half of the battle)... it's not like there's anything to hit you (besides in your case, the Pipi), and he can't blow off the screen/edge... Usually he's long gone by then, but that's the first time I've seen him use the Junk Shield! Ha. He's pretty lame in this game, though. Just be glad you had the Beat Shield during that... uh... "vertical" Air Shooter "pattern."
