Most likely Maverick Virus, although King is an interesting idea. Capcom has scrapped many ideas over the Megaman series though. One example being how Axl was supposed to be revealed as being a project started by Dr. Cossack and finished by Kalinka (since he specialized in flying morphing robots and Axl's design has visual elements of Kalinka, Eddie, and Cossack himself.) The devs scrapped the story because by the time X7 came around people didn't seem to care about the story tying into the original series. The MMZX games do hint at their being a connection between Cossack and the A-trans metal though.

It is an arcade game but you can play it by having Megaman Anniversary Collection and playing MM7 defeating the first four robot masters and the museum, save. The game will then appear in the game select screen. Or beat all robot masters in MM2.

Sure, his fights suck and his weapon is the second worse in the series (1st worse being Quint's weapon), but shouldn't Quint be the worst Robot Master ever? I'd rather fight a flower than a loser on a pogo stick that barely gives me anything worth while.

+Zaiyda Brison I'd say Top Spin is worse than Plant Barrier and Sakugarne, at least you're guarantied a hit if you get either of the latter right. NES Spark Shock is even worse, but GB Spark Shot is actually a viable utility.

+GameAndWatcher96 At times, Top Spin can be useful but it is kind of worthless. Also, I'm not sure how terrible the Spark Shock is. I just use it against Magnet Man and the Air Man Doc Robot. Spark SHOT may be a more useful weapon...I think. 0_0

Zaiyda Brison Those are the only times NES Spark Shot are useful. Its projectiles stop affecting enemies when you switch weapons and they don't damage outside of those boss battles. (The GB version of MMIII fixes Spark Shot to allow switching and keeping enemies frozen.)
