on the last boss, if you use rush jet, fly above Wily, switch to top spin... you can drop him almost immediately

You don't even need Rush Jet, but as an added note, I don't think it's possible to avoid taking damage, using this method.

BigRockerEnding nope... it is actually possible... the Top Spin gives you a collision invincibility period while you're using it to prevent the player from taking damage while using it

Fun fact: just like metal man in Mega man 2, shadow man is also weak against his own weapon, it doesn’t take out his health almost completely or completely but it works if you have a rematch with him

I dunno. This is the 4th or 5th video I've watched by this guy today (and I've already commented twice, so I'm sure he hates me now), and I'm convinced thoroughly that uses tool-assisted cheats and save states. Perhaps even Game Genie at times. I'm sorry, but isn't it bizarre how he correctly anticipates so many moves before they even happen? And no, not all of these moves are patterns--many are determined by RNG. For instance, it's impressive that he correctly chose which of the three was the real Mega Man clone in Will Castle both times he tried. Not out of the question, but when added to the mountain of other unknowable moves he anticipated, I'm having a hard time believing this was done legitimately. I have no problem with TAS, but they should ALWAYS be prepared to qualify themselves as that.

I think that they definitely improved the difficulty from megaman 2 and 1, for example, needle man just shoots his needles so fast and everywhere that it makes it hard to dodge them, which makes the slide move good for that boss fight. I also like the music to this game, I also like the beginning part from the boss fights, I think that magnet mans ability is the best one because the magnets target themselves to any enemy which is really good for enemies that are weak to it like hard man. Some of the abilities that are strong to others don't really make sense to me, like shadow mans ability is strong against heat man. I never really understood that. I guess it's strong against heat man because since fire emits light and shadow man is well, shadow man, and shadows are shade so yeah, I like the balance of this game, and overall I think it's a really good megaman game.

The first Mega Man video i ever saw... I tought the Plot was that There was those robots Who all have special Powers, Except Mega Man, and so all the other ones were laughing at him for this and the Blue Bomber had to beat Them to prove he puts Up a fight, but then, Dr Wily rises Up to make His plan for world domination and mega Man must fight Wily's own robots! But when he Beats Wily himself, i tought His spring neck was because a New robot Named Gamma clobbered him and became the New villain, and when Mega Man Beats Gamma (I tought Gamma was just the small robot piloting the big one), Wily comes back and takes control of the big robot, Mega Man Beats him, Proto Man arrives, and the end!
