I can't force myself to be more or less impressible. I've been listening to tons of music and composed and recorded many tracks; this has a tendency to make you more refined and selective in what you label "good". I know that sounds pretentious but it's just how it is (even in other parts of life, such as sports, reading, cooking, etc). To me that's just how we function.
