Yes! The Wii, PS3, and official soundtrack have different sampling methods, the Wii version however has a smaller selection of instruments to use from. This is can be noticed on almost track.

Good, but i like more wii version of that, because that screechyness in xbox 360 and ps3 really hurt ears, but wii made it sound nicer and not screechy, but some of channels changed the sound not just in wily stage 2.
