This looks amazing, can you make Proto Man next time? I know they're kind of simular so it's kind of irritating to do the same thing again, but I'm doing a Proto Man cosplay. Plus, the last helmet template I bought wasn't correct, the pieces were everywhere. When you glued the pieces together they're would still be spaces. They weren't equal in length.

Thank you. Sadly I can't make a lot of things right now. I'm out of 10mm foam, which is what I would use for this, and the places I buy it from, all of them are out of stock so I've been waiting for that. But also, I don't have the tools, or knowhow, for work with plastics, which means I wouldn't even be able to do the viser for Protoman, anyway. But as far as the buld goes, it's literally the same as the base and ears of the helmet in this video. The only differences are that Proto Man doesn't has that small mohawk ridge thing, and has a visor. The white detailing is just painted details.

In the works already! Getting the details hammered out for the pattern, and currently doing projects from 2 other series that will be 2 videos each, so it may be a little while, but I'll get to it.
