I played Wily Wars but sadly never unlocked the final story. It's great to see it here and see Wily Wars in general; which was a fantastic game. =)

in the jungle level, one of the tunes sounds like a song that was used for invincibility? or something similar in a Sonic game later on. Also, an earlier song had a riff stolen from the rocky montage song... So strange.
