Hmm...X4 was the first X game NOT to have a "roll call" of the 8 Maverick Lieutenants. Since I've always considered the roll calls of the first three X games to be the "serial numbers" (despite no evidence) of the Maverick Lieutenants of those games, I should probably come up with ones for the X4 bosses starting with the most loyal to the Repliforce General (least loyal to Sigma), to the least loyal to the Repliforce General (most loyal to Sigma). As far as I've seen, it seems that this Beret has been altered by the Sigma Virus, which is why he does these things, this wouldn't be strange in the world of X, Spike Rosered was just a climate control unit that merged with a plant and a rare variant of the Sigma Virus.

This made me realize that we need megaman x spin off series where we play as the reploids with limited powers and resources . Imagine having to hunt down the X-Hunters from X2 as the Maverick Hunters. I would love to play as a reploid that makes sure they NEVER interrupt with X's main mission and get the zero parts myself.

The Mega Man series is known for Dr. Wily and his bots, and Sigma and his mavericks. Most characters in the Mega Man series tend to be pretty awful when compared to a Centurions, Justice League and Sonic the Hedgehog. When ZERO (originally a WILY bot) is the most likable hero up there with a Batman or Ace McCloud, you have a problem!

Quint, did you have issues running the game? It tells me there's a missing DLL, and when I copy the DLL into the folder, it just gives a different error. Otherwise, is there a place I can go look for troublshooting? I haven't been able to find anywhere online either.

being a longtime MMX fan, yes it deserves a sequel to continue this route. However, cutscenes require a lot of work~ :) Mattrex and Skiver should be involved to help KB. Squid Adler should rejoin Maverick Hunters temporarily to assist him. KB must save Izzy Glow and Duff McWhalen from viral infection. He must defeat three Mavericks Dark Dizzy, Axel the Red, and Grizzly Slash.

If an X5 "What If?" is done, then I would rather see crossovers with other I.P.'s rather than half of the Maverick Hunters army of generic looking losers! I especially hate Alia! Jim Carrey's The Mask, Sonic the Hedgehog, a brain damaged Chris Benoit, Summer Smith are all fine choices for a "Mega Man X5: What If?" edition.
