@@mikehinson5935 download this video with something like KZbin video downloaded only audio and use it as a ringtone... or keepin it simpler, record that audio part with another phone while you play the video in a decent soundsystem

Recently started adding a couple rest pause sets of the swings at the end as a finisher for the side and rear delts, they're a killer! Thanks John

Killer hypertrophy combo! 💪 I like these supersets...these are each stand-alone killer combos & will really work.

I started doing my rear delts as my first exercise for shoulders, and I can honestly say that all the other movements that follow seem to allow me to get a real pump in the shoulders like I haven't had before. I feel that beginning with the rear delts gets the blood into the joints and shoulders, setting you up for a better workout on shoulder day. Love these supersets John. Thanks!

Oooh, delts are my favourite!!! Going to love this one. I always do the heavy partial reps and superset with the cables since I have been following you and its the only way to feel the burn.

Partials & swinging right after a strict set helped me immensely. I enjoy shoulders a lot more now.

Hi John love these mega workouts. We are in lockdown again in England until the 2nd of December so no gyms again so the cable exercise will have to be changed for something else using dumbbells or bands in the garage.We’ll get there! Very best wishes as always. Jim Harrison Cheshire UK.

I like to take the high cable reverse fly to an extreem. After the reps and partials John did with straight arms, I bend my elbows, take 2 steps back and do the same routine pulling from the elbows back instead of your hands. So continu with bent arms (you’re stronger in that position) and do also the partials till the burn and pain makes you stop. It’s actually one set with 2 movements and partials. Mostly I’am in an sadistic mood and continu with a dropset. I lower the weight and do the exact same routine again, straight after the first set without any rest. And that’s one set for me. Three of these sets with little rest in between and your rear delts are fried.

As always, great video John. You gave me a bit of vindication. I've been doing the heavy partial side laterals with light upper partials the past few months and always felt a bit goofy doing them. Hilarious call out of Cuomo....can't stand that numpty

3x for each superset 15 reps cable reverse flys + 5 partials Dumbell swings 15 reps (can be partials) Lateral raises - lower 15 reps -upper (3-9 o'clock poz) 12 reps Dumbell press 10-12 reps Front raise (light weight) 10 reps

Thanks for the video, shoulders is definately one of my least productive workouts, I usualy do them with chest. Great to get some super sets here to work in. My shoulders are so worn out for my age. Laying bricks can do that for ya haha.

John, on the bent over swings do make a conscious effort to pull your shoulder blades down or do you just let everything hang loose? Hard to tell from the camera angle! Thanks for the vids sir...still working my way through creeping death 2...making killer gains!
