unfortunately people fall into all sorts of traps about health, they are absolutely neurotic, and the reason is simple, "healthy" product companies are greedy companies too, they spread disinformation about their rival products to create a state where only their "healthy" (and usually very expensive) products are the healthy ones.

No mate, oil evaporation point is absurdly high, it's not like water.

@@DonPresident-zc6zo it's a bleaching substance, doesn't mean it's the same bleach you used on clothes lol...For instance, you also need to bleach vinegar, and the traditional way was using egg whites (which collected all the turbid elements). So egg white is a bleaching agent. Stop being so soft, everything is chemical...

When drying and heating the raw material before grinding, the main goal is to remove excess moisture and make the raw material easier to grind, not to evaporate the oil.
