All customers must ask for layout approval letter and layout approved maps sanctioned by the development authority. And most importantly ask for rera registration certificate of this plotting project because no project whether it be a plotting project or Apartment project is legal to be sold in the market and collect money from buyers without rera registration certificate.

Aware and be alert all customers and buyers before investing a single penny in any illegal plotting projects which are unauthorised and do not have any clearance approval or NOC from competent development authorities or any government authority. Please ask all documents from the broker or the developer and get it checked from a rera consultant or a real estate experience legal advocate before investing any money. All projects bigger or small whether it is a apartment project or plotting project has to be compulsorily registered with rera authorities and has to take rera registration certificate before selling in the market otherwise such project becomes illegal and unauthorised.

@@binayak_subudhi pls share the Circular from RERA when they publish, it's compulsory for all projects like Plotting, Appartment and Duplex, be practical and need the prove and logical answer, we appreciate your suggestion but it's not complete , pls reply so then customer and visitors get appropriate answer
