Da gibt's tatsächlich einige mit blauen RUL und/oder alternierendem Horn... is das in den Niederlanden erlaubt?

Ich denke nicht das es dort erlaubt ist. Allerdings ist man dort sehr tolerant weil ein Fahrer und der LKW da noch was wert sind im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Ländern. Es ist nun mal eine Show und da gehört das beleuchtete An- und Abreisen dazu.
