I found the crew member's (jobs) interesting. Their wages seemed fair and about average, nothing exorbitant, but being aboard such a ship and seeing the world while getting paid is definitely a bonus. They were soo patient and seemingly subservient towards the owner, I guess that's something that's included in their job description. I don't think I could do that, I'd likely get fired for speaking my mind too often..., lol.

There are things we do not need: poverty, homelessness, mega yachts, tax havens, mansions, billionaires and private jets. However, relying on ethics and morals to level life chances and bring about a measure of equality will not cut it. What would help would be a fair and implementable tax code and a few international agreements on harbour fees for billionaires floating toys over specific dimensions.
