The interior of these boats are designed more like hotel rooms than boats .

However there were the rich that didn't take them out of port as often or at all because of fuel prices at that time. When you think filling one of these yachts up could be 500,000 or more Euros.

I would guestimate he/she would be worth conservatively around $20 - 25 Billion give or take a few billion. Even better if he/she is in the top 1/10th of the "1%".
