Kiko is exceptional. There are a few others that could do the job as well. Takayoshi Ohmura, former player in Marty Friedman's band and numerous other Japanese bands. Marty and Tak frequently traded solos.

About 18 years ago Dave ellefson had left the band. I saw Megadeth In what was basically a bar built inside of a warehouse. It was practically this intimate. It was one of the last true concerts I went to. I'm 59 now. And it's a great memory even though I missed mr. Ellefson being there behind the bass.

Saw these guys several times in the ‘80s and ‘90s, most notably with Anthrax, Slayer and Alice In Chains. In every case, they Dave looked bored and pissed off, but, in terms of technicality, they killed all of the other bands. I believe this was one of the last truly great metal albums.
