So u choose the Heartdimension Route (i know this cuz i've read wiki), this affects to the game?

I think u go to different dungeons but not sure if you fight different bosses. yes I took heart route and I just got good ending. I am done with this game. I guess I will try to do colosseum fights but I don't know where's a good spot to level
