Let me set the scene for this (idk I got nothing to do) during the final fight in earthbound. When Paula’s pry is consumed by the darkness. Ness cries out for help. And oh so happened to bring Chara and sans into the fight and then after some technical issues. Giygas dies (after Dieing in a span on 4 minutes) everything goes back to normal. I’m going to sleep.

Le headcanon I’ve seen old Undertale KZbin discussions referring Chara as a girl, but I guess since they resembled Frisk a lot, I guess the Community started to refer Chara as someone with ambiguous gender. It’s fine to have different headcanons since their gender isn’t confirmed at all.
