Es porque en Megaman X Legacy Collection (Específicamente los X1, X2 y X3) son los juegos emulados por la SNES. La intro de los jefes solo apareció en las versiones de PS1, lo que pudo hacer Capcom era agregar una opción al X3 para jugar la versión SNES o PS1.
