Megami is always dominant in her fights. But someone who knows boxing enough will see that she lacks defense. She is prone to head shot to be more specific. But her athletism and her "left to the body" always save her. Megami seems to hit her ceiling I guess. And perhaps she too is realising this and decides to hang up. Or perhaps she just finds something else that suits her more than boxing, who knows? For she's just a young girl full of options in life to choose from. I as her big fan wants to see more of her in the ring. But ... what will be, will be. Good luck, Megami. (And Ako too.)

That's just something the Japanese kickboxers do, its like a show of respect for both sides. They can say no when offered the water but I think it's more polite to drink

女神は得意の距離を潰されて、得意の前蹴りも組み際の膝も不発な上に、サウスポー対策が出来ていないからパンチを食らいまくっている。 サソリはスタミナ抜群でスピードも結構あるから、尚更サウスポー対策のポジション取りが出来ない女神は捕まってしまっている。 手打ち気味のパンチでも、あれだけ食らうとさすがに効いている。

Why are people being so harsh with her for retiring? She's a real warrior, but you have to know when to walk away. You can't keep getting headshots like that without serious health consequences.

This fight is the only fight where she had to face adversity and got hurt. She was scheduled for a rematch twice (I think?) then she got injured and just deleted her social media accounts, no updates. I for one want to see her back, but if she retired due to an injury, I just want to know. Also, one question is why her sister also seems retired at the same time. Ako only has 2 pro fights and again, I just want to know why. Note that they share social media accounts so there were also no updates about Ako. Are people being "harsh"? I can't speak japanese so I wouldn't know about that.
