I thought this show isn’t worse and as hated as Velma. Man, the 2020 decade is probably the worst year to get horrible shows (aside from Invincible and The Boys), such as: 5. Acolytes (A Star Wars Spinoff that Nobody Likes) 4. MegaMind Rules (The Following Hatred from MegaMind vs The Doom Syndicate) 3. Sausage Party: Foodtopia (Disgustingly Traumatizing) 2. She-Hulk (Flat out Disrespectful to the MCU Fans, Marvel Fans and Disney+ Users by being cringe) 1. Velma (Flat out Disrespectful to the Scooby Doo and Animation Fans by being unhinged, cringed, and even immorally psychotic) Why do horrible shows like those keep coming? What’s the cause of it, the writers?

Apparently technology advanced a lot in those two days when Megamind took over. Those flip phones that the people in the crowd were holding in the first movie became obsolete fast.

DreamWorks makes major changes to their films every time they adapt it into a series. Tip and her mom were way goofier than they were in "Home," "Mr. Peabody and Sherman Show" doesn't put nearly as much focus on their relationship than in the movie, and the "How To Train Your Dragon" series overlooked the Changewing pictures that were already in the movie, and that was one of their more faithful adaptations.

To be fair, not all changes are for the worse. All Hail King Julien changed a lot about their title character but it served to make him a more dynamic main character as oppose to a one dimensional comic relief.

Nighty-Knight at least seems to be the most unique of the squad, Behemoth is just a generic lava monster, Pierre Pressure is just a generic mime despite constantly talking when the whole point of a mime is that they don’t talk, and Lady Doppler has generic weather powers with a lame costume.

They do have similarities of being decent characters in a bad show Honestly, this may sound way too hopeful for a show like Megamind Rules! but considering it’s getting somewhat decent, I would like to learn more of the villains and how they become one (especially Lord Nighty-Knight)

One thing they couldve done to salvage the story is make machia villain the reason why megamind and metromans planets were destroyed and the reason his body was destroyed was because he didnt survive when fighting with them and the doom syndicate couldve been apart of this and when they found out that one of each of there spieces survived he ordered the doom syndicate to recruit megamind hy pretending to be his friend to kill metroman Also make the villain one of there speices probably megaminds as some sort of corrupt government official wanting to declare war on the other species perhaps They would've at least given us something about megamind and metromans planets
