I saw her say that after she and Nick got married, in the middle of Will & Grace's run, she spent a lot of time with his family, drank beer and are fast food because they were having fun and put on weight. She still looked fine but I think after a few years she lost it again. If you see her in anything before W&G, such as 'The Implant' episode of Seinfeld, or even the first few seasons of W&G she was around the same size she is now. I think she looks amazing for 58 and she's not exactly stick thin, She's healthy and glowing and I love her longer hair.
