The truth is that there are no „real” hairstyles for short hair. There is only one - and it has to be styled every day not to look like a frizz-ball with lots of morning-flip outs in the front and awkward „waves” on the back. Been there done that. My bob haircut used to look nice, but only right after a salon visit.

Number 1, 3 and the one you did by yourself actually looked really great on you!!! A few tips from a self conscious girl who has tried endless amounts of KZbin hair styles 1. Find someone who has a similar hair texture to your own. If you have thin hair like me, a tutorial for someone with thick probably wont look the same 2. I will try a new hair style on myself and hate it, but what I've learned to do is if it doesnt cause you any physical pain at first (like that high pony) wear it around the house for a few hours, just live in it for a bit and see how you feel. Sometimes its just the fact you're seeing change so your brain finds it weird 3. Always try your best and try to find people you enjoy watching! I personally love Kayley Melissa's videos but she primarily does long thin hair videos because thats what she has but she does do a few other hair types occasionally
