I’ve been watching you since I was 16 and I’m 23 now. Every time I watch your I feel good. Your videos are just so calming and watch you take care of yourself and showing a bit of your mind makes me feel again so good. Thank you for always sharing your thoughts, and allowing us to go through your journey of self discovery with you.

Ahhh, sipped my morning tea and this was a great way to start the day. I’m proud of you Megan. Never not supporting you and your endeavors. Appreciate the candidness and your vulnerability. And dude I just love seeing your growth. Do you, it’s the only thing any of us can do. And you doing you, is just simply amazing

Megan, I’ve been tuning into your videos for 10 years now and I love all of them. But most of all, I feel honored to view this new chapter you’re going through. I love to see your growth, genuineness, and openness with all of us🥲 Designing, feeling, and acting with intention really shows through your videos and we love to see it! Keep vibing girl 🖤

I cannot emphasize how badly I needed to see a video like this. I've had some chaotic weeks this month and I just needed an example of someone trying to be nice to themselves. So happy to see you where you are!! ❤️

It's wild that I used to watch your videos and feel like I was entirely too unproductive in contrast. I'd be amazed at how put together your life was and think that I really could be trying harder. It's interesting to hear now that while you were always busy doing things, you really weren't fulfilling your personal goals, just getting swept up keeping up with the LA/ Hollywood expectations. Some great insights. Happy to see that you're doing what makes you happy now.

‘Micro breaks’ were a ‘game changer’ for me (5 mins per hour or 10 mins every 2 hours depending on what you are doing). Go outside, have a dance, listen to a song etc. Do it even if you don’t want to until it becomes a subconscious habit. Keeps the stress levels low and the positive energy high 😎

I’ve said this many times before but you inspire and continue to Inspire me and so many others. I’m sure there are many who have been pulled up from an empty spot by you. THANK YOU for being so genuine and encouraging 💛

I'll be honest and say I hadn't seen one of your videos until a few months ago, but very thankful I have found you. Loving the content of self-care and putting your mental health first. 2022 has been tough for me and I've been trying to do the same. Love everything about your videos! Thank you so much for sharing this part of your life!

Megan ! I’ve come to a few realizations while watching this, one of which being that through this past year I have and am depressed and my space so says that . A couple months ago I had enough of not feeling ok in my space and started to clean/ de clutter my bedroom which goes against my norm of all public spaces first , but I was going to have surgery and wanted my personal oasis . And watching your video made me realize it was a big step for me . I chose me ! Self care baby ! I am in a bit of a hole as I’m still depressed but I feel recharged in my space and when I can I’ll deal with the rest . Thank you for the eye opener .

5 min into the video and I felt I need to share this: about 10 years ago after a couple failed relationships, I moved back to my parents, in my home town for like a year . And It Was Fantastic! I met my childhood friends, slept in my old bed in my old bedroom, and tried to get myself back together. Tried to find out what I want in my life. With time, I realised that I've never felt better in my life like I was in my teen years. So I thought I'll get back that person. It was the best decision in my life. Making childhood dreams come true, wearing clothes that makes ME feel better, not others. Do thing that I have passion for, not things that my parents expected from me.. Now, ten years later I'm with someone who makes me feel like home every day. So, about the video : sometimes a step back can change everything. 💚

I am somehow experiencing both the exact and the exact opposite problem 😅 my ADHD brain and tendencies were so shamed my entire life that I forced myself into the academic/athletic track and cut off most of the creative parts of myself. Fast forward to now where I'm working through YEARS of serious health issues that I'm 100% convinced were the direct result of trying to stuff myself into a mold this world accepted. And now I want to bring my ideas to life and make stuff because I'm not selling my soul or health to the "grind" ever again

this is what I watch to start my day and as inspiration when I have my depressive episodes. Megan has always been my go to from vlogs all the way back in the day when she was making an inedible waffle/chocolate things to doing music videos with Josh Golden. Can’t believe that was 10 years ago. I’m almost 30 (27 now) and started Testosterone and becoming my true self inside and out. And a large portion for this internal motivation/inspiration is Megan for sure.

She’s always inspired me and given me burst of motivation throughout my life and has always been a comfort video for me on my best and worst days. I really am grateful to have had her through my years of growing up.

I am currently a hermit and filling myself with self love. I am a doctor and I've been studying since forever, and now I am taking my time to find my next step and where I am genuinely happy. Right now, I am excited as I will be moving alsoooo, so it's exciting and at the same time giving me so much anxiety. Anyway, just do what you do, and i will support you, and for now I really treat you as a soulmate (not in a creepy way lol) byeeeee
