What is your usual calorie intake when aiming to lose weight?? And how long do you reckon before you see results? Xxx

It changes really depending on how active i’m being! I like to up my calorie intake a bit when i’m being more active and working out. There’s calorie websites that give you an estimate after inputting your weight, height, activity levels etc on how many cals you would need to consume to lose weight! I think 1lb a week is healthiest! x xx
