I'm there at the moment and I'm considering giving up on the game... The worst part is that I just saw that the rest of the stage seem even worst. I hate insta-kill spike in mega man. EDIT: After writing this, I noticed that I could buy items to prevent me from dying from spikes. I went back into the stage, went through it first try, not losing a life and not even using the item against the spike lol

Chemical plants are cool settings for games, IMO. It's easy to push it too far and end up with a cliché "mad scientist's lab", though. I think that's why you don't see this setting very often. Acid Man's stage is cool regardless.

His weapon is pretty unique for shield weapon (Leaf Shield, Skull Barrier, Junk Shield, etc.) Just like the Scorch Wheel in a way.

Before this game came out and I saw Acid Man’s design, I was under the impression that he was the classic series incarnation of Chemistry Man from Fully Charged. Chemistry Man debuted in the show before the game came out, so I really thought it was some clever promotion, but they ended up as two completely different robots. Go figure.

I deleted this game because of this stage . I've beaten all souls titles lv 1 ff runs sekiro with the bell on ng6 and this is just ridiculous. Big thumbs down from me!
