Hey there! I was gifted one of these and don’t have the receipt. There doesn’t seem to be any battery life from what I can tell. Won’t turn on at all even after being on charge. Only powers on once plugged in but can’t seem to do anything. Can’t factory reset or anything so I’m assuming the battery is completely drained. Just wondering if you had a link to where you purchased your battery. Would be interested in doing this and giving it a go

Hey man nice video.i bought jbl clip 4 couple days ago in the airport and i think it has poor battery life.Only works like 2 hours than dies.Please help me where can i get new battery my warranty doesn't work in my country.thank you in advance

What do you do if the screws are stripped? I had that problem with my clip 3 and was never able to get to the battery.

Hi, in that scenario I put a small piece of tape (usually electrical tape) on top of the stripped screw and try to remove it then. Often times that works.

I charge my jbl clip 4 it turn on the red.. Den for a second it will turn off... Its means i need to replace my battery?

It’s likely the battery needs to be changed. I’d first disassemble the speaker and church the battery voltage and shape.

Hardest part of this whole thing is just getting that back cover off. I pried and pried for like 20 mins and couldnt get it to budge. Ended up just tossing the speaker.
