FIXING JBL FREE - Left ear piece not working (how to)

This video explains how to fix the left ear piece of the JBL Free wireless earbuds not working.
Make sure to disable the bluetooth feature of your smartphone e while attempting this fix!
First turn off both ear pieces, by pressing their buttons for 8 seconds.
Now turn on the left ear piece by pressing it's button for 5 seconds.
Then press the button 3 times quickly. The ear piece should now blink in blue and white.
If this is the case, now turn on the right ear piece by also pressing it's button for 5 seconds and then press the button 3 times.
After a few seconds the two ear pieces should now be connected and you can hear audio on both sides after connecting them to your smartphone.

@@arqcv1062 Actually, my left earbud was broken again a few months later and I couldn't fix it. I sent it to JBL's technical service, and they agreed that it was indeed broken and refunded my money 😞 Since then, I've been using Oppo Enco Air and I haven't had any problems so far. Don't buy JBL earphones, folks.

Josh Lynn there isn’t a fix, the battery in it is busted. Mine arrived that way so I was able to return them and get replacements. If you can’t do that you’ll have to open them up and replace the batteries

I bought the JBL Free X and then sunk my right earphone in the water. Then I bought 2 new JBL Free X. That means I had the 2 working headphones and one useless. Today I sunk my right earphone in the toilet and with the help of your trick I was able to connect the useless left earphone with the leftover right earphone! 😂 I love you ❤
