Did you initially set your base timing (10 degrees) with the spout removed from the distributor harness? And then when you synchronized timing in tuner studio you left the spout plugged in.

You're supposed to use the software. Set it to "FIXED" and then sync your timing with whatever you have in the field. Can be 10deg. In the video I show 20deg. Its not an adder. Just a sync to make sure it's matching commanded
