Thanks Mike for doing a review on a budget scooter. I was thinking for Christmas this year my grandbabies who are getting into their late single and early double digits might enjoy such a device. The problem that I was having was knowing which unit would be reliable and affordable as many of the budget brands have horrible reviews. I see the children in my neighborhood using them as a means of getting about in little groups of friends attending events and in town venues. I see that the public school seniors and the middle school kids are indeed enamored by the use of these scooters. 15 miles an hour is about as fast as a kid can run so the speed is good, any faster and you put the child in a dangerous state outside of their perception where the consequence of disaster is absolutely going to happen.
