It doesn't matter what type of visa Harry has, he has repeatedly violated US immigration laws that apply to US visa holders. Visa holders who violate these laws are supposed to be deported regardless of who they are or what type of visa they have even if it's an A-1 visa, which Harry is not entitled to have.
